All orders are processed within 1 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
If you need your order by a certain date, please do not hesitate to ask, or you can leave a comment in the check out.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
Calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout, based on your selected shipping option.
Free local delivery is available for orders over $20.00 within El Paso, TX. For orders under $20.00, we charge $5.00 for local delivery.
Deliveries are made from 9am to 5pm on Saturdays and Sundays. We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival.
We offer international shipping to the following countries: Canada, Mexico, Australia.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. WakeUpSweetPea is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 15 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Shipping to P.O. boxes
Some carriers have limitations around shipping to P.O. Boxes. If one of your carriers falls into this group, you should look up their policy and communicate it to your customers here.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
We have a 30-day return policy, you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us email@example.com. If your return is damaged or not the item you ordered, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. If you'd like to exchange or return your item you will have to pay return shipping charges. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
